Sergeant Jadalyn R. Good was born on 11 November 2001 in Mount Vernon, Washington. She was an avid snowboarder, adventurous dirt bike rider, and a fitness enthusiast who also enjoyed hiking. She was homeschooled but participated in softball at Mount Vernon High School. SGT Good enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2021 and attended Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, as a UH-60 Helicopter Repairer (15T).

SGT Good was assigned to Charlie Company, 4th Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, as a Basic Mission Qualified Crew Chief. SGT Good died when her MH-60M Black Hawk helicopter, tail #269, crashed during a training mission in Washington.

After completing Green Platoon and the Non-rated Crewmember Course in 2023, SGT Good was assigned to Charlie Company, 4th Battalion, as an MH-60M Black Hawk Helicopter Maintainer and Crew Chief. While serving in Charlie Company, she achieved Basic Mission Qualified status accumulating over 730 flight hours and was instrumental in the success of numerous CONUS and OCONUS training missions and crisis response contingency operations.

SGT Good's awards and decorations include the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Basic Aviation Badge, Basic Parachutist Badge, and Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge. She was posthumously awarded the Meritorious Service Medal and was inducted into the Honorable Order of Saint Michael for significant contributions to the Army Aviation community.

SGT Good is survived by her father, Jeremy; her mother, Julie; her brothers, Jared, Jerome, Joseph, and Johnny; and her sisters, Jacenda, Jillian, and Gianna. She is laid to rest in Mount Vernon, Washington, at Mount Vernon Cemetery.
