SOAR FAMILY COLLECTIVE

Connecting, Equipping, and Empowering Night Stalker Families

Program Overview

What is the SOAR Family Collaborative?

The SOAR Family Collaborative supports soldiers and families of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment through programs that promote well-being and strengthen the special operations family experience.

We identify the specific needs of Night Stalker families, connect them to resources, and provide opportunities that build resilience, connection, and community.

From marriage retreats to family adventure weekends to spouse workshops, we create spaces where families can share challenges, celebrate strengths, and know they're not alone.

Family Resiliency Matters

The demands of serving in the 160th are unlike any other. Long deployments, high-tempo operations, and the constant stress of special operations take a toll on soldiers and their families.

Strong families create strong soldiers. When families are connected, supported, and resilient, soldiers can focus on mission knowing their loved ones are cared for. The SOAR Family Collaborative ensures no Night Stalker family faces these challenges alone.

Voices from our Community

Night Stalker families share what these programs mean to them and the impact on their marriages, their kids, and their sense of community.

"This retreat allowed me to have conversations with my wife we should have had years ago. Highly recommend to all couples."

Jay & Amy

Night Stalker Couple

“I’ve learned more in three months with Pulsara than in years of reading astronomy books. The hands-on experience is unbeatable.”

Lisa

Night Stalker Spouse

"This was our first retreat as a Night Stalker family and it was such an amazing event. Our family had so much fun. 100% recommend this retreat to every other family we know. Thank You NSF!"
