
Angel Gonzalez is a Co-Founder of the Night Stalker Foundation. The Night Stalker Foundation (NSF) was founded in October 2009 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization to provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships for higher education supporting the servicemen, women and families of the U.S. Army's 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne).
Angel served with the Regiment as an Aviation Maintenance Officer in various units within the Regiment from 1988 until his retirement as the Regimental Aviation Maintenance Officer in 2003. From 2003 to 2007 Angel worked as the Project Manager in support of the 160th Regiment Aviation Maintenance software development, fielding and support. In 2008 Angel was hired by the 160th Regiment as a Department of the Army Civilian under the Army's Special Operations Aviation Command, providing Aviation Maintenance Quality Assurance and Contractor oversight for the rotary and fixed wing contractor maintenance support contracts. He retired in 2022 and is currently a gentleman farmer providing curated hay to horse owners in the area.
Angel holds a Master's of Aeronautical Science and a Bachelor's of Science in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is married to Gayle Gonzalez and has two daughters and a son.
