Meet Christina Herbert, Fall 2025 Intern
Junior at Methodist University studying Occupational Therapy, Christina is the daughter of SGM (R) David Herbert who served 30 years including as Regiment Senior Career Counselor for the 160th SOAR(A).
As the Chairman of the NSF, I'm at times asked "what does the NSF Do?" My response is, "we have an impact."
We have an impact through our Family Collaborative Programs, by Serving those who serve.

Charlie and Katie lead programs to directly serve our Families. Enabling them to thrive, teaching them that no matter what they face, to Never Quit trying and moving forward.
Charlie Trussell serves as Programs Director and Katie Palenzuela serves as Programs Coordinator for the SOAR Family Collaborative.

Maddy is one of the hundreds of our Scholarship Recipients. We are here to ensure the family members of those who serve in the 160th can learn, grow and prosper in whatever path they choose. We are proud to serve those who serve.
Service in the 160th is a calling only a few will answer because the mission is constantly demanding and hard. A Night Stalker's service commitment also has a direct impact on their ability to provide education opportunities for their family.
The Foundation continues to lead impactful events focused on achieving our mission of: supporting the Families of the Fallen; supporting the Soldiers and families of the 160th; providing scholarships for deserving students and preserving the rich history of the Night Stalkers.
Night Stalkers Don't Quit!

In 2025, the Night Stalker Foundation delivered programs and services that directly impacted more than 1,000 Night Stalker families across the Regiment.

Beyond the Night Stalker Foundation Scholarship Program, there are additional scholarship opportunities available to the Special Operations community. We've compiled a list of programs that current and former 160th families may be eligible for.

Thanks to your generosity, the Foundation awarded 84 scholarships this year and launched a new internship program for scholarship recipients.
